New Mexico Voting
There is no residency requirement in the State of New Mexico. Any person
who is a citizen of the United States and is 18 years prior to the next
election can register to vote. In order to vote in the next election,
the person must register 28 days prior to that election. You may register
to vote with any authorized registrar within the county in which you
reside.
